1. Services
Guitar Artist Man provides guitar training services through studio classes, home visits, and online sessions across Delhi NCR. By enrolling, you agree to these terms.
2. Enrollment & Payments
- Course fees are payable monthly in advance
- Payment must be made before the start of each month
- Fees are non-refundable unless covered under our refund policy
- We accept UPI, bank transfer, cash, and online payments
3. Class Scheduling
- Classes are scheduled based on mutual availability of student and trainer
- Studio classes follow our standard timings (Mon–Fri 11 AM – 9 PM, Sat–Sun 10 AM – 5 PM)
- Home classes are scheduled as per agreement between trainer and student
- Minimum 24-hour advance notice required for rescheduling
4. Cancellation & Missed Classes
- Classes missed without 24-hour notice are considered attended
- We allow up to 2 class reschedules per month
- If the trainer cancels, the class will be rescheduled at no extra cost
- Holidays and force majeure events will be compensated with makeup classes
5. Student Responsibilities
- Be punctual for scheduled classes
- Practice between sessions as recommended by trainer
- Maintain respectful behavior with trainers and staff
- For home classes, provide a suitable practice space
6. Our Responsibilities
- Provide qualified and trained guitar instructors
- Follow a structured curriculum
- Provide guitars at studio locations for student use during class
- Respond to queries within 24 hours
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website (text, images, curriculum, materials) is the property of Guitar Artist Man and may not be reproduced without permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Guitar Artist Man is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi.
