Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be requested under the following conditions:

  • Request made within 3 days of enrollment (before attending more than 1 class)
  • Trainer consistently unavailable and no replacement provided
  • Medical emergency (with supporting documentation)
  • Relocation outside our service area (with proof)

2. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Classes already attended cannot be refunded
  • Requests made after 3 days of enrollment
  • Student voluntarily stopped attending without prior communication
  • Dissatisfaction after multiple classes (we encourage raising concerns early)
  • Demo class fees (demo classes are without any cost)

3. Refund Process

  1. Contact us via phone or email with your enrollment details
  2. State the reason for your refund request
  3. Our team will review within 2 business days
  4. If approved, refund will be processed within 7 business days
  5. Refund will be credited to the original payment method

4. Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be offered:

  • If you attended some classes, the fee for remaining unattended classes may be refunded
  • An administrative fee of 10% may be deducted
  • Home class travel allowances are non-refundable

5. Course Transfers

Instead of a refund, you may opt to:

  • Transfer your remaining classes to another family member
  • Pause your enrollment for up to 30 days (one time)
  • Switch between studio and home class mode
