Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and skilled online harp trainer to join our team in Delhi. As a online harp trainer at Guitar Artist Man, you will teach harp to students ranging from complete beginners to intermediate players.

You will work with a structured curriculum provided by us, but also have the freedom to incorporate your teaching style. Our students range from kids (age 6+) to adults and working professionals looking to learn harp.

This position offers flexibility — you choose your available hours, and we match you with harp students in the Delhi area.

🏢 Studio Classes

  • Teach at our nearest studio/center in Delhi
  • Batch size: 1–4 students per batch
  • Schedule: Weekdays 11 AM – 9 PM, Weekends 10 AM – 5 PM
  • Harp provided by academy for students
  • Structured curriculum & lesson plans provided
  • Pay: ₹300–500/hour

🏠 Home Classes

  • Visit student's home in Delhi area
  • One-to-one private harp training
  • Flexible timing as per student's schedule
  • Own harp required for demonstration
  • Own transportation needed
  • Pay: ₹500–800/class (higher rate)

📋 Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of harp playing experience
  • At least 1 year of teaching/tutoring experience (preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of harp techniques and theory
  • Patient, punctual, and good communicator
  • Own transportation for home visit classes
  • Available for minimum 3 hours/day
  • Comfortable teaching in Hindi and/or English

🎯 Skills Required

Hand positioning, Pedal technique, Arpeggios, Scales, Classical repertoire, Celtic/Folk styles, Sight reading, String dampening techniques

Bonus Qualifications:

  • Grade exam certification (Trinity/ABRSM/Rockschool)
  • Performance experience (concerts/events)
  • Music degree or diploma
  • Experience with online teaching platforms
